ด้วยสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์กรมชลประทาน จ�ากัด ได้แก้ไขข้อบังคับสหกรณ์รวม จ�านวน 3 ครั้ง ซึ่งได้
น�าเสนอที่ประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจ�าปี 2552 ปี 2554 และปี 2555 พิจารณา และที่ประชุมใหญ่มีมติเป็นเอกฉันท์
ให้แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมข้อบังคับสหกรณ์ ซึ่งนายทะเบียนสหกรณ์ได้ให้ความเห็นชอบและรับจดทะเบียนไว้แล้ว
คณะกรรมการด�าเนินการ ชุดที่34 ครั้งที่ 12 เมื่อวันที่ 24 กันยายน 2557 มีมติเห็นชอบให้รวมเล่ม
ข้อบังคับของสหกรณ์ (รวมเล่ม) ทั้งหมดใหม่ โดยให้น�าเสนอที่ประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจ�าปี 2557 พิจารณา
